When you submit the enquiry form, it asks for your full name, email address, phone number and project details. Company is an optional field. The submission also includes the page URL and a submission time.

Please include information relevant to the construction enquiry. The form is intended for an initial project discussion and does not provide a document upload facility.

The website saves the enquiry to its database before attempting an email notification. Email notifications are sent through Resend to the NV Infra team at nandha@nvinfra.in, nithin@nvinfra.in and info@nvinfra.in.

The notification includes the submitted enquiry details, submission time in Indian Standard Time and page URL. Your email address is used as the reply address so the team can respond. If an email notification fails, the saved enquiry remains in the database.

The site’s database and hosting infrastructure process the submission, while Resend processes the email notification. These services are used to operate the enquiry workflow.

The form uses a hidden honeypot field and an IP based rate limit to reduce automated spam. The rate limit stores a hashed identifier derived from the IP address and a time window, together with a submission count. This rate limit record does not store the raw IP address.

Hosting and network services may process technical request information as part of delivering and securing the website. The enquiry form records are separate from the short lived rate limit counters.

The corporate profile and project portfolio buttons link directly to the same PDF. Downloading that document does not require an enquiry form submission.

The contact section embeds a Google Maps location. Loading the map involves a request to Google. The website also links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. When you use these external services, their own privacy practices apply.
