Planning systems

Work breakdown structures and baseline programmes are supported by critical path controls. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting, productivity tracking, material reconciliation and controlled variation approval connect the site to the plan.

Procurement management

Centralised procurement is linked to project planning. The approach includes multiple vendor arrangements, rate benchmarking, negotiated buying, purchase orders with quality terms and advance ordering of long lead materials.

Labour management

Multiple regional teams and parallel labour pools support mobilisation planning. Activity wise deployment, daily attendance records and output reviews provide working controls over manpower. Corrective resequencing is part of that process.

The corporate profile describes a lean in house core with defined responsibilities. Its team structure includes projects, planning and MIS, accounts and administration, design, quality, health and safety, operations and human resources. Technical advisers provide independent technical oversight of critical planning and execution.

Method statements and inspection and test plans cover major activities. Incoming material inspections and third party testing support quality checks. Project specific HSE plans, toolbox talks, safety briefings, risk assessments and permit to work controls form part of the safety approach.
